Step 1: Click on the SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING module in the left column 

Step 2: Decide which plan you would like and click on SELECT PLAN

Step 3: Enter how many licenses you would like

Step 4: Enter your Billing information and Credit Card details

Step 5: Once finished click CONFIRM & PAY
