Step 1: To add a title and document number to your register click on the given boxes and enter your information
Step 2: To title your column’s, click on the EDIT icon and enter your information
Step 3: To populate the main part of the register, click on the box you wish to fill and enter your information
Step 4: Click the EXIT ICON and it will automatically save your register
