Step 1: Click on the Form builder module in the left column

Step 2: Select the form in which you would like to hide or show.

Step 3: Click on DRAFT if you would like to hide the form or un-select draft if you would like to show the form (Doing this allows you to hide or show forms when a user goes to add a form in events or tasks)

Step 4: Click the EXIT button and it will automatically save
