Adding a Hazard

*Note: Refer to Events: Adding an Event

Step 1: Select the HAZARD icon

Step 2: Follow guided form to populate information regarding the Hazard event

Step 3: Add the ‘Event Owner’ (You can add a new contact by clicking the person icon next to ‘Event Owner’)

Step 4: Select the nature of the Hazard

Step 5: Attach any documents regarding the Hazard, this can include images

Step 6: Add and complete any Hazard forms, if applicable

Step 7: Add any ‘Actions’ as well as other information

Step 8: Click the SAVE EVENT button at the end once completed
